For students under 18, relevant information is collected from and managed by the parent or guardian.

• Respond to lesson enquiries
• Confirm and manage lesson bookings
• Send lesson confirmations and scheduling information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share necessary information with service providers where required to deliver the service, such as our payment provider and online communication or video platform.

5. Lesson Recordings

Lessons are not recorded by default. Where audio, video or other lesson material is recorded for educational or practice purposes, it will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and any required consent.
