- Payment information processed securely via StripeFor students under the age of 18 we collect the above information from the parent or guardian only. We do not collect personal data directly from children.We do not store your payment card details. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. - To confirm and manage your lesson bookings

- To send personalised weekly practice notes following each lesson

- To contact you regarding subscription renewalWe collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver our service. LESSON RECORDINGS
All lessons are recorded by default via our video platform for educational purposes. Recordings are used solely to generate personalised practice notes for the student. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared with any third parties. Students or parents who do not wish their lesson to be recorded must notify Brianne Curran Violin in writing by email to [email protected] prior to their first lesson.Recordings are the sole property of Brianne Curran Violin. Students and their parents or guardians may not share, distribute, publish or reproduce any lesson recording in any format without prior written consent from Brianne Curran Violin.6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain your personal data for as long as you are an active student and for up to 2 years after your final lesson for administrative and accounting purposes.
